Established CDG Microsystems Co., Ltd. (Later changed to Mverge Co., Ltd) The Phantumvanit, Liuchareon, Uahwatanasakul, and Chansue together are majority shareholders with 59% shares.

On 3rd July 1996, the company prepared for future expansion by increasing its capital and paid-up capital to 10 million Baht.

On 29th August 1997, CDG Microsystems Co., Ltd prepared for future expansion by increasing its capital and paid-up capital to 10 million Baht.

On 21st April 1999, CDG Microsystems Co., Ltd prepared for future expansion by increasing its capital and paid-up capital to 20 million Baht.

On 18th June 2001, the company prepared for future expansion by increasing its capital and paid-up capital to 60 million Baht.

Established First Logic Co., Ltd on 24th December 2003. G-Able Group was a majority shareholder, holding 100% shares. The company was a Sun Microsystems distributor.

G-Able Co, Ltd, in cooperation with Oracle Corporation (Thailand) co., Ltd, established Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Thailand. The aim was to educate and encourage the implementation of Oracle technologies in corporate solutions.

Established a subsidiary named InsightEra Co., Ltd with registered capital of 12.5 million Baht on 10 August 2015. G-Able Group was a majority shareholder with 48% shares. InsightEra developed commercial software systems for computers & electronic devices

Launched Marketing Technology (MarTech) solution in August 2017 to help organisations further utilise big data. The company educated and helped fulfil their digital marketing needs.

A subsidiary InsightEra launched 4D Marketing Analytics platform named BRIAN. It was the first platform in Thailand that combines all 4 dimension of marketing analytics – social media, online advertising, websites, and PR.

Established a subsidiary named Blendata Co., Ltd with registered capital of 20 million, and paid-up capital of 15 million Baht. G-Able Group held 100% shares. The subsidiary developed platforms managing big data.

Established a subsidiary called CyberGenics Co., Ltd with registered capital of 1 million Baht. G-Able Group held 100% shares. The new company aimed to expand in cybersecurity space.
